Kim Barnwell, CPCC, PCC
Professional Life and Leadership Coach who specializes in working with Highly Sensitive Persons to get more of what they want in life, and less of what they don’t. As an HSP myself, I appreciate both the potential challenges and virtues of this trait, as well as the value of working with someone who gets us. I enjoy partnering with my HSP clients in focusing on using their highly sensitive natures to their benefit, while also helping them identify and develop appropriate means of self-management that ensures they remain true to themselves while growing their leadership qualities.
Works internationally (phone or Skype) with executives and other business people, particularly thought leaders, owners of SMEs, career changers, the highly talented, Business Artists?, corporate refugees, and expatriates/repatriates.? Is an HSP.
Eszter K?vesdi, MA, Psychologist, PCC Qualified Business Coach
I’m working mostly with managers, who would like to became leaders, owners of SMEs, career changers, start-ups and other business people, who are likely to be an HSP. Before I realised I’m an HSP, I had been working in a bank as vice president in Hungary. So my mission is helping other HSPs to find their own way in their (career) life.
Meg Mahon, Certified Life Coach and Trainer, PhD (French)
I have worked with children ages 12 and up since 2002, and have coached business people for public speaking and human relations as a certified Dale Carnegie trainer since 2014. I specialize in coaching highly sensitive teens and young adults for self-confidence development, stress management and exam preparation for U.S. and U.K. universities (SAT and IELTS). A highly sensitive person myself, I love helping highly sensitive young people to develop their natural gifts and lead more fulfilling lives. I have read The Highly Sensitive Child and also work with my clients’ parents to teach them more about the trait. My consultations take place in English or in French, either in person, on Skype, or on Zoom.
Kristi Nigh, MSW, CPCC, PCC
I help changemakers and creatives envision the full possibilities of what they are capable of creating in their work and their lives and then stand side-by-side with them to help them go out there and make it happen.
My clients are predominantly heart-centered entrepreneurs and leaders in the non-profit, health, and education sectors; helping professionals and caregivers (i.e. educators, doctors, coaches, counselors, non-profit professionals, ministers, parents and family caregivers, etc.); and creatives (writers, artists, actors, musicians, etc.).
Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive people (HSP), perfectionists, and/or people who are Myers-Briggs NF types (feelers, intuitive, idealists, heart-centered people).
I am a facilitator of Dare to Lead? and The Daring Way? (based on the work of Brené Brown) and incorporate this work into my individual coaching with clients who are looking for growth in areas such as authenticity, creativity, vulnerability, courage, and connection.
I am also a Certified Designing Your Life Coach (https://designingyour.life/), and use principles of Design Thinking to empower my clients to envision and live into their desired life path.
I ultimately aim to help my clients develop the ability to live, work, parent, and lead from their Best Selves as much of the time as possible, so that they can feel proud of how they show up in the world.
About Me: I am a coach, a therapist and social worker, and an educator. I am myself an HSP and the parent of an HSP, and I coach parents of other highly sensitive children (I have read? The Highly Sensitive Child). For more information, please visit?www.kristinigh.com.
